All product prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Waseem Collection reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed by Waseem Collection, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate information, including:

• Complete delivery address

• Active phone number

• Email address, where required

After placing an order, our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details.

An order is considered confirmed after it has been accepted and processed by Waseem Collection.

7. Cash on Delivery

Waseem Collection may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Pakistan.

For COD orders, the customer is responsible for providing an accurate phone number and delivery address and being available to receive the parcel.

Customers are requested to accept only orders that they have genuinely placed.

Repeatedly placing orders and refusing or failing to receive parcels may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery time provided by Waseem Collection.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Customer location

• Courier service

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Other circumstances outside our control

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery may be subject to the courier company's operational timelines.

9. Open Parcel Inspection

Where available, customers may inspect their parcel before completing payment according to the courier service's applicable terms.

Customers are encouraged to check the received product carefully before accepting the parcel.

If you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged product, please contact Waseem Collection as soon as possible.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Replacements

Our return and exchange process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Waseem Collection generally provides a 7-day exchange/replacement period for eligible products.

Products must remain unused, uncut, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Because our clothing products are primarily unstitched fabrics, products that have been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or otherwise used may not be eligible for exchange.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

11. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If a customer refuses or fails to receive a confirmed COD order after dispatch, Waseem Collection reserves the right to restrict future COD orders for that customer.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Waseem Collection may offer promotional discounts, special offers, free delivery, or other promotional campaigns from time to time.

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, minimum order values, limited stock, or specified time periods.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
