1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message or call once your order is ready for dispatch.
2. Delivery Timelines

Within Faisalabad: 1–2 business days.

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days.

Other Regions: 4–6 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasonal sales or due to unexpected courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the suits and your location.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., orders over Rs. 5,000). Keep an eye on our announcements!
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan. Please ensure the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
5. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this ID on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid phone number. Waseem Collection is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details or address errors provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Parcels
If the flyer or packaging appears to be tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact Malik Waseem immediately.
