Thank you for choosing Waseem Collection. We are committed to delivering your unstitched suits, ladies' collection, gents' collection, and other clothing products safely, securely, and as quickly as possible to your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across major cities, towns, and regions throughout Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Our courier partners may include:

  • TCS

  • Leopards

  • Trax

  • PostEx

  • Call Courier

  • Other reliable courier services, where applicable

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and courier coverage.

2. Shipping Charges & COD Tax

Free Express Shipping

We offer Free Express Shipping across Pakistan on qualifying orders, as advertised on our store.

If any shipping charges apply to your order, the applicable charges will be clearly displayed or communicated before you place or confirm your order.

There are no hidden shipping fees.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – 4% Tax/Charge

For customers who choose Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional 4% tax/charge may be added to the total order amount.

Important: This 4% charge is applicable to COD orders and is collected as required by the applicable authorities and/or payment/courier process. It is not included in the product price.

For example, if your order total is PKR 10,000, a 4% COD tax/charge would be PKR 400, making the total payable amount PKR 10,400.

The applicable COD tax/charge will be communicated to you before your COD order is confirmed.

Online Payment – Avoid the COD Tax

If you would like to avoid the additional COD-related tax/charge, you can choose our online payment option, where available.

We understand that customers may have concerns about making payments online. We value your trust and take reasonable measures to protect your payment and order information.

By choosing online payment, you can complete your order conveniently without the additional COD-related charge applicable to COD orders.

3. Order Processing & Verification Time

Order Processing

All orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Saturday.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may occasionally take longer.

COD Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and delivery address before the parcel is handed over to the courier.

If an order cannot be confirmed or verified, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order before dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse, our standard estimated delivery time is:

3–5 Business Days Across Pakistan

We aim to deliver all orders within this estimated timeframe.

However, delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational delays

  • Peak shopping periods or sale events

  • Unexpected logistical circumstances

  • Remote-area delivery limitations

The 3–5 business day delivery time is an estimated timeframe and is not guaranteed.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the full payable amount, including the applicable 4% COD tax/charge, ready when the courier rider arrives.

For security and courier policy compliance, courier riders generally do not allow customers to open or inspect parcels before payment.

However, your purchase is protected by our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

If you discover any issue with your product after opening the parcel, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please follow the procedure mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Online Payment

Customers who prefer to pay online can choose the available online payment option during checkout, where available.

Online payment can help you avoid the additional COD-related tax/charge applicable to Cash on Delivery orders.

Online payment provides a convenient way to:

7. Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner:

  • You may receive a tracking ID via SMS and/or WhatsApp, where available.

  • You can use the tracking ID to check the status of your parcel through the courier's official tracking portal.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
